Wasabi Soya and Honey Glazed Prawns with Spaghetti
 
 Ingredients
  • 700g dry spaghetti
  • 800g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tsp of wasabi
  • 8 tsp light soya sauce 
  • 12 tbsp honey
  • 20 stalks of spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
    Method
    • Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water 7 mins and drain. Toss with a little olive oil. Set aside
    • Shallow fry the prawns in oil. Set aside
    • Combine wasabi,soya sauce and honey in small pot and simmer over medium fire for 5 mins to thicken and reduce
    • Toss prawns in sauce mixture with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve over spaghetti.
