Wasabi Soya and Honey Glazed Prawns with Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 700g dry spaghetti
- 800g prawns, peeled and deveined
- Oil for frying
- 2 tsp of wasabi
- 8 tsp light soya sauce
- 12 tbsp honey
- 20 stalks of spring onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water 7 mins and drain. Toss with a little olive oil. Set aside
- Shallow fry the prawns in oil. Set aside
- Combine wasabi,soya sauce and honey in small pot and simmer over medium fire for 5 mins to thicken and reduce
- Toss prawns in sauce mixture with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve over spaghetti.
